"I will take your word for it Lloyd", spoke Butorega. He was always warry of magic and decided getting on the mage's bad side was a bad idea. However in the back of his head he had regesterd the young mage as a watch priority. He was not sure how he would hold up in battle if it came to it.
"Your a plain's man", spoke Butoregea. "I have no dought in your blade. I have meet five of you in my life and each one has been a true monster on the battle field. Your blade I do not question, but mages are known to be fickle. They hit hard, but shatter like glass. None the less I will place stock into young Lloyd words."

Yunneth silently listened in. How the tables have turned on her choice. She loathed bandits. She saw them as ruthless and cowardly rogues, murderers, kidnappers, and rapists. She saw this first hand when she was kidnapped a few days back. They were going to sell her. Who knows who would have bought her. Of course...they would be in a bloody grave the next day but still...it angered her to no end. But...there was nothing she could do about it. All she had to do with grit her teeth and bear it. Soon she begins to over hear them as they talk about what to do. It was simple. Simply slip into Bern. Yunneth walked past them as they were talking. A soldier saw the shaman and put a lance to her chest, asking why she was here. Yunneth glares at them and soon enough the soldier was screaming as if he was going mad. Yunneth giggles and looks at the other soldier.
"You wont say anything...yes?"
The soldier nods and soon Yunneth waits for her allies to go into the city

"Well that was easyier than I exspected", spoke Butorega outload. He had thougth that a battle was at hand annd he would have the oppertunity to show off the strenght of his axe. The young Shamen had made his boast useless.
"So" spoke the Brigand as he walked infront of the group. "Were exactly are we heading to. I know you wish to enter Bern, but you all never told me where. My personal recomendation is the capital their is a lot going on around there."

"I am sure their would be some int he capital" spoke the Brigand, "but if you want to see them in the wild you would head to the moutains. Their is a town to the deep south of bern called Drgaon's rock. Now that is a town of Wyverns. The city itself is located high in the moutains and the passage to it is harsh, but Dragonrock is the place for Wyverns. Almost everyone in the city own one and is known for their selling of the beasts. I myself almost purchased one, but alas I was five coins shy of the merchants final price."

The female had spunk. Aurek liked that. But her dismissive attitude sure pissed him off. Then he heard that they were going to a city, which was apparently very close. As Aurek stood there considering what he should do, a new fellow showed up and a rapid fire conversation suddenly bloomed between him and the idiot. What happened during the conversation was not important, the fact that the new guy seemed to just randomly let people in his group was. With all his attention focused on hearing, he was able to notice the footsteps of someone leaving the conversation. Not far away, he heard the female talking to someone else. There was screaming by the new person. Probably from something the female did. Yup, the female was probably the only sensible person in the group. She might be able to help him. From her previous threats against his life, Aurek thought she might be able to help him get his sight back. She seemed to like to experiment with questionable things. He decided to follow.
Following the racket, he made his way toward the city. Suddenly, there was something, or someone, barring his way. Calmly, he reached out and felt the lance in his way. Slowly, he worked his way up to the owner of the weapon. "You might want to reconsider."
"I'm not afraid of some blind, old man." There was a sneer in the guard's voice. "You don't belong here anyway. Go home."
Aurek shook his head and eerily stared into the guard's eyes. "Idiot." The guard was too busy trying not to shirk from the blind stare that he never saw the shield connect with his midsection. Aurek laughed as he felt the guard's body crumple to the ground. He was really enjoying the new toy. As he continued forward, he overheard the group was looking for wyvern riders. And it seemed like they had no clue what they were doing. "Hey!" he called out. "Sounds like you need an expert in combat." Aurek had done studies of almost every type creature and combatant that was currently known. He did not have much actual combat experience, but he knew weaknesses and strengths. Theories mostly. He had never really cared about that stuff and wasn't really interested in the whole adventure, but he needed to talk with the female. It was time to join this group.

"Alright", shouted Butorega as he moved toward to old man. Images of his grandfather flashed into his head. The old man was willing to come on their grand adventure. His grandfather was just the same ready to jump at the opportunity to fight a bloody battle.
With great glee Butorega walked over to the old man. His face was covered with his usual wolfish grin. e slammed his palm on the old man shoulder and began to speak.
"Welcome aboard old timer. Your knowledge will prove to be useful in keeping us alive."

Yunneth had remained silent the entire time while with her group. She was in deep thought and didn't want to be disturbed. But...it was soon interrupted when the old man from before had joined their group. So...they had a young, reckless swordsman. A inexperienced mage, a bandit who looks like he is always up to something, a shaman who is morbid and has that aura where she wants to kill everyone, AND a blind old man who has the temper of a pissed off dragon. Ah yes...a "perfect" group indeed. Yunneth was honestly doubting their little team. She couldn't help it. There was just...something off about it. She heard some of Helios's questions from before and was trying to think and soon came up with a answer to the question on wyverns.
"...Wyverns are weak to magic. Lloyd and I will be the offense. But we are weak in regards to defense. Now...Helios...you should be the front line of defense. your sword is quick. So you could be able to strike fast enough. Butorega and old man whose name I do not know...you will remain behind. The smart idea before we go is to perhaps find a archer. OR we can find anti wyvern weapons. But it will be difficult if we do it that way but wyverns are powerful. Their hides are stronger than a Pegasus. So we need to do this with caution or abandon the route and return later when we are stronger and have more men.

As Yunneth began to speak Butorega eyebrows began to rise. In truth he did not exspect her to talk. He had atsumed she was the quiet type. None the less he listen with full attention. Yunneth and him were not on good terms and he did not want to get on her bad side. Wyverns were not the only ones weak to magic. Butorega knew fulll well his resistance to such attacks need LOTS of work.
Their was one point to her stratage that did not sit well with butorega though. It was his positon at the back of the lines. Butorega always had been a front line fighter. Even when he was a new recuite to the Black Leather Bandits Butorega was still placed in the front. Rear gaurd was not a postion he was use to haveing, nor truly wanted. From his past exsperence he knew rear gaurd was the first to fall in an ambush and even more so if they wanted to cut off a retreat. None the less the young brigand did not complain, nor did he show signes of discontent. He knew full well he was still walking on egg shells and did not want to have his position in the group terminated.
"Rear Gaurd than", spoke Butorega as he began to move himself into position. He walked with his axe on his shoulder and his eyes fixed on Yunnneth. Loyaly he moved himself into proper position and called out to the old man.
"Hay Old timer they want us over here!"

"Oy, I have a name you know. I'm not just some old man. I'm Aurek," he said with a huff. This group was entirely too happy. And too touchy-feely. How irksome. But life was never as easy as people would like it to be. Navigating the situation would be a true test. Aurek smiled slightly at the thought. He usually wasn't interested in tests. But he needed to see if that woman could help. She was certainly smart enough it seemed. She had laid a good plan. Rear guard for Aurek. Good, but not great. He needed someone behind him until he could handle his situation better. Or get his eyesight back. Time to address some things.
"You seem to have set up a good plan. However, I was under the impression we were attempting to recruit a wyvern rider, not kill everyone." There was a giant smile on his face. Things were either going to turn into a giant argument, or they would listen to his advice. Either would be fun for Aurek. "Now I don't know everyone's capabilities, I'll be hazarding some guesses." He let Helios, he was assuming, lead him into the wagon. He sat down at the edge of carriage, facing the group. "Now, the female was right. Currently, we probably would have a hard time fighting wyverns. One wouldn't be too difficult, but two or three would certainly cause problems. The grouping you have set up doesn't really allow for a dynamic defense. Especially considering wyvern's attacks are even better than their defense." He sounded condescending. Good. Put a little damper on group morale. Makes everyone more aware. Stronger. And they would need to be strong for this crazy escapade.
Two magic users, a swordsman, a blind lance user, and whatever this Butter character's ability was. A healer would be nice. But nice things don't happen. Especially for Aurek. He groaned inwardly. Doesn't use bows, swords or magic. Doesn't have the personality of someone used to lances. Sounds over-confidant... yup, he's an ax user. Aurek smiled triumphantly. Now to business. "Here is my suggestion. Since I don't know the terrain exactly, I'd say no matter what, the wyverns will have the advantage. Now, I prefer if we didn't get in conflict during this little recruiting party, but if worse comes to worse, we should probably be prepared. Walking in formation is stupid; it gives away our fighting capabilities. We'll have to move inconspicuously. This carriage thing should do the trick. Hiding inside will make things easy. If we can't use it, But...er...egg... the axe user will have to take the lead.
He's familiar with the area. Regardless of his abilities, he has to stay up front. He is the only connection we have in this area, and we need to use that as much as possible. For traveling purposes, it would help if I'm in the front. Blind people and their compatriots gain... certain privileges in towns." Aurek had seen that enough in his vagabond days. Good times. "It will make the outset of a fight a little more difficult, but ease negotiations. Once we do engage in combat, I will do my best to fall back. Um... Lloyd, was it? I'll be needing your help for that. You'll be my eyes. Helios, you will be trying to get the wyverns' attention. Your speed is what I'm counting on. Butor..ega," he tried the name again, with seemingly more success, "you will need to hang back slightly to deliver killing blows. Ax users pride themselves in power yes? And your ax will be good against lances. You two will have to be on constant watch to make sure we don't get attacked by more than one opponent at a time. If one of you gets hurt, fall back and heal. The other will move up front. Lady, you must stay behind the two. If you get hurt and survive, switch out with Lloyd. That way, we have a way to replace each other while one heals. Once healed, switch back. We maintain an offensive but are still mindful of defense. And make sure the enemy is dead before you move on." Now came the bad part. "Opinions?" Other people's ideas.

"Yes", shouted Butorega as he moved from the back to the front. His wolfish grin widened as he heard the old man’s words. The front line, now that was where Butorega was truly at his best. Sure he was not going to be the first to actually attack, but he was going to be in the thick of things, and that was just the way he liked it. Up and personal; bloody and fierce; life and death, battle the one thing that was constant in Butorega life and that would prove to be the same here.
"Oh by the way Aurek it is pronounced Butorega”, spoke the young brigand with a gleeful tone. “It is a bit fancy for the son of a bread baker, but my mother seemed to have a flair for the dramatic. I think she got that from my grandfather.” The young brigand began to swing his right arm in circles stretching his arm as he moved to the front of the carriage. Butorega had never liked formations. He always thought they were stupid as they always broke down once they hit the rough terrain, but he knew they had their place on the Battlefield.
"I vote for the old man's plan," spoke Butorega as he passed Yunneth giving off a smug smile. "Aurek got the age and the experience. We listen to him and we won't be dead. Also on that not, his opinion of Wyverns are very accurate. They are quite deadly creatures if you are not careful, but a wild one dies as easily as any beast. In truth you should be more worried about the tamed ones as they bring with them more thatn talons and fire. They bring men and men are the most of any creature."

When the old man gave his plan, Yunneth agreed with it for the most part yet staying in the carriage...no. It didn't seem safe. They needed someone with good sight in case their was a ambush. You can't predict a ambush in a cart. And personally, she didn't want the bandit to lead. She didn't trust him. And that smug smile made her want to rip his lips off his face. Yunneth gives herself a moment and sighs. It seems most of the group wants Aurek to lead.
"...If that is what you wish...fine. But I refuse to sit in the carriage the entire time. It makes me feel uneasy with these mountains. We wouldn't be able to get out fast enough before something comes to strike us. At least appoint someone as a scot for the carriage. I will do so. only because I do not feel at ease with most of you just yet..."
In all honesty it may be a good idea. Yunneth was looking angered at that moment. But her emotionless demeanor came back quickly. She brought herself up front and gives herself time to think.
