While northern Fibernia still remains strongly under Etrurian control, much of the theocracy's holdings in southern Fibernia, including the capital city of Jutes, have fallen to ambitious pirate lords while the Prophet's eye has been fixed on Lycia and Bern. High ranking generals in Etruria have begun forming a counter offensive to reclaim their old haunts, but until then piracy and banditry run high.
A land of jungles and mountains, Caledonia remains a lawless land where survival of the fittest reigns supreme. Etruria maintains some military outposts in its mountains, including the notorious prison fortress Edina, but holds very little clout. It is here that most of the warring pirate lords have established their bases of operations, and its shores are home to many a pirate port.
