Appearance: Male, 5"5" tall, Dirty Blonde hair that comes down to the base of his neck and half of his ears, Wears red armor, Brown eyes, and is right-handed. Wyvern: Dark green almost black, named Maelstrom.
Personality: Logical, Blunt, not cold-hearted but also not emotional,Protector of the weak, and reserved.
Story: Roland was born in Taras, Etruria, but at the age of 11 moved with his family to Illia. His father worked as a mercenary for the Illian Government, and died in the Bern Civil War. At the age of 14, he found a wyvern wandering and almost frozen to death near his village. His mother let the wyvern stay because it seemed to be trained and could protect them. Roland named him Maelstrom for the storm he was in. At the age of 16, his mother died. He decided to join the Illian mercenaries to provide for his younger brother (Name: Leo,age: 5 at the time). He quickly picked up on the skill of wyvern combat riding and lance combat. He, at age 18, briefly fought in the Bern Rebellion, but ultimately decided he agreed with the rebels and fled the battle. He took his brother and fled to Sacae to live in a western village. At age 20(the present) (Leo age: 9), after hearing about the Fall of Ostia, Roland decides to travel around the continent helping people and villages in trouble. He hears of an attack on the City of Heroes, but does not know the current situation there. He makes that his first destination. He decides to take Leo with him since traveling with him is just as safe as leaving him back at the village- if not safer.
