Name:Quineve Tydeus Girviat
Class:Cleric
Age:27
Born in:Aquleia
Appearance:Quineve is a small lady with a thin frame. She does nothing to hide the fact that she looked kinda of petite or weak to some. She has long pink colored hair that falls below her shoulders. Her deep brown eyes seems to be filled with melancholy but that's only a facade. She does her very best to look and act like nobility by having a very good posture and very light steps. Her usual attire is a long white and light brown robe that more or less hides how small she really is, not that she really cares about. She also wears very long gloves that covers all her arms and are of a faint white.
Personality:Quineve is a very pacifist person. Not only does she avoid most and every kind of fights, battles or anything remotely violent but she also prefer diplomacy whenever it's possible. While she do hate violence, she is quite hard to scare as she has seen a lot in her short life time. She tends to trust strangers too easily and doesn't hold any grudge making her somehow easy to manipulate. She deeply believes that everyone has good in them and that they have the potential to redeem whatever wrong they did. She will protect, or at least try so, everyone that comes into her path. Some people that sees her on a regular basis knows that she is a very empathetic person. She might look sad for the untrained eye but those who really takes the time to know her would know that she is actually just not much of a smiling person. That doesn't means that she isn't happy, not at all. She encourages any kind victories, small or big, personal or not, and will say it out loud. Her voice is soft and filled with kindness for the most part.
Story:Quineve was born in Aquleia from a family of priests. Before her birth, their family were known to only produce male offspring. For almost eight generations, the Girviat house always had a boy that would become a priest sometimes even more than one. They took pride in their blood and ability to make men that were strong of will. It all changed when Quineve was born. She was the first female in their house and most of them didn't like the simple idea of their tradition ending so suddenly. Because of that, young Quineve wasn't considered a part of their family and was given to another family by the name of Tydeus.
While she didn't bear her native family name, Quineve had magic in her blood. It was clear that even with her new house, she was born to become a cleric. Under the guidance of the Tydeus house, she quickly shown progress that made her real family regret their decision of giving her away. But their pride was stronger than this so they still didn't allowed her to bear their name.
By the age of ten, Quineve was raised to become more than what she was, a noble. She knew that her had to impress the Girviat house to be allowed back into their house and she had to admit that she deeply wanted that. She quickly learned to read and count with ease but magic was what she was meant to have. When she was thirteen, Quineve joined some of the Tydeus House to travel and learn what it was to live the life of an adventurer. It was a rite of passage to see if she was ready to be a cleric. Their first adventure was a long one, it lasted for almost a year where they moved in a caravan from cites to cites. Quineve also learned that the world outside was filled with wonders but also terrible sins. They were ambushed by brigands and bandits more than once. If it were just her, she would have given all they had to them to avoid conflict but her family had other plans. The Tydeus house was didn't have much magic in their blood but they were fierce warriors. They fought back and won every time but not without loss. Quineve felt powerless when they lost some of their men and promised herself that one day, she would be able to save people.
At the age of twenty, she came back to Aquleia and learned that her birth family did not succeed in breeding another offspring in years. She was the last of their kind and because of that, they allowed her to carry their name after all this time. She could have refused that but no, she simply accepted it but only if she could carry both names. And with that, she went to training under both of their guidance and became a cleric after few years of training. She was now a full member of both houses.
Today, Quineve still bears both names but chose a more adventurous path. She still wanders the roads with other adventurers or merchant or whoever that would accepted her into their travels. Her goal is a one day since her own place to settle down and have a family of her own. But for now, she have some adventuring to do.
