Finished it twice. Amazing game. Digimon > Pokemon when it comes to the story. The sad part is, most of its games suck. Except perhaps Digimon World and Digimon World 3.
I'll look into Super Princess Peach, but...is it even an RPG? Hell, I'll check it out even if it's not.
EDIT: Seen two videos of it. Looks more...boring than anything.

Chrono Trigger, except for the SNES it's rare, but for the PS it comes with FF IV for the PS, so you may or may not want to buy it. It's a fun game, though. And it doesn't RETCON EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Erm, anyway, hatred of "Chrono" (HA! yeah right!) Chross aside, There's also Final Fantasy Tactics for the PS. Yeah, I can only think if well known ones... umm...
Oh, and what's with this? I need something to keep me bored at the moment.

Whoops. Fixed that.
And I didn't list RPGs for the SNES because I...don't know. I did play Chrono Trigger(one of the best games for the SNES, along with Terranigma, most likely). About FF Tactics...I'm not too much a fan of tactical games. Those tend to be even slower than normal RPGs. I do appreciate some of them, though(Fire Emblem, Tactics Ogre: The Knight of Lodis).
Didn't even try Legend of Mana's Nightmare mode. Didn't think it was worth it.
I played SN: Twin Age. It's quite good. Only wished it was a bit less...cheesy. Still, good game, if a bit too easy. I played like 10 minutes of Children of Mana, but didn't like it very much. Maybe it was just something on my part, or maybe it was because I didn't give it enough time(most RPGs pick up after half an hour or so...).

Children of Mana isn't worth playing if you don't have friends to play it with.
Mario RPG and Secret of Mana for SNES are very good games.

Seven Stars. And I played it and Secret of Mana(and Seiken Densetsu 3, which is FAR better). For SNES I have to play Live-a-Live someday(pending) and Arabian Nights once a translation patch is released.
Been wanting to play The World Ends With You, but it won't work on emulators, so sadly, that's a no. Etrian Odyssey is...I don't know. I've heard a LOT of good things about it, but I'm kinda worried about the first person gameplay. I never liked first person view too much. I guess I could try it out.
Suggestions for N64 are also open, but haven't been mentioned since there are only a few RPGs for it(and most of those suck. And no, don't mention Paper Mario. Beat it, it's awesome).
As a random note: Currently playing Okami for PS2. Amazing game. Seriously. 10 hours into it and I still want MORE.

GameCube. Remember, all I have is my PC and emulation(sadly, a GC is still over USD $200 here. Stupid country). GC emulation is slowly coming together, and I can play Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door at around 18-20 FPS(playable being 30 and above). Kinda unbearable. So GC is still out of the question, and PS2 isn't far behind that(Okami runs at about 25-40 FPS, depending on the situation).
