Sokka returned with two other people following him. One was a girl who looked similar to him, and the other a bald boy with a tatoo on his head. "When is the ceremony?" Sokka asked Alan.

Someone ran into the barracks, rousing Matthias from his sleep. "They're going to build a monument to Lord Calis in the courtyard!" he exclaimed. Naturally, every soldier in the barracks had to start talking about this. Growling, matthias pulled himself to a sitting position. "They're building a f**k**g monument to a damn Lord from Santaruz in the middle of Ostia?" he asked, trying to get clarification. Several guards stopped moving about to stare at the archer. A few placed their hands on weapons, but were stopped by one man. "Yes, Matthias, they are," Marcus intoned, stepping into the building. He'd met Matthias a few times, and knew even more from listening to Alexia. "And you should be in a private room." "To hell with that!" snapped the archer. "I'd be fine in here if people shut the hell up!" With that, he pulled blankets over his head, and attempted to get back to sleep. A monument... he wouldn't mind helping with that...

'He meant that you should be in a private room so you can't harm the fragile ears of the grunts.' I said making a gesture to the soldiers whose fingers were reaching for their weapons again.

Matthias peaked out from underneath the blankets at the guards. "Nothing I can do to their damn ears. They're bloody soldiers for crying out loud! If they want thier damn mother they can scuttle home. I need sleep, dammit, leave me alone," he snapped, glaring out at anyone unfortunate enough to be close.

'Good, you're well. We can set out as soon as soon as Matthias has had his beauty sleep. Guess I'll get some rest too.' Then I went to th private quarters.

"Ok. I guess we all could use some rest, we've all been through a lot today." Sokka said aa Alan walked away. He then headed back to the inn they were staying at to get some shut-eye.

Matis was left alone in the courtyard. Most people had already left, as the sky was getting cloudier, and rain had started pouring down.
As much as he wanted Calis to have a good burial, it wouldn't be possible, unless he were to be buried in his own land, Santaruz. That's when it all came back to him.
"We will retake Santaruz. Tomorrow morning."
He went to the barracks, and told all soldiers his plans. They were going to divide the troops in 3, attacking from everyside, while Matis, Alan, Matthias, Alexia and Sokka were going to attack from the front. He had been informed that Alexia was already feeling better, and was more than willing to start this attack.
Matis was going to post-pone the search for his friend, and he didn't know if it was the right thing to do, but it just felt right. Matthias, Alan, Alexia and Sokka were already all asleep, so he would wake them up early, and tell them all the plan.
Next morning, they had all been summoned to the war room. It was 5 AM, and most of them, especially Matthias, seemed angry about it.
OoC: Someone continue this. Ask a question, say the attack plan, as if being "reviewed" by you, or something.

Actually, once he was actually up, Matthias had no problem with the early wake-up time. He was, however, using it as an excuse. "You're sending five people to actually the front line are you f**k**g crazy?" he glared at the lord. "I for one, do not want to be the first to die, dammit. Unless you've got some hidden war machine I don't know about, I'd say you've lost it."

Alexia had grown used to early wake-up times as well. Albeit, she didn't have the health the rest of the group had, and Calis's death had taken a greater toll on her than on any of the others involved. She followed Matis willingly, though she did reserve some sketicism about his attack plan. After hitting Matthias for his foul language, she gave her input. "Marcus should be available to lead one of those flanking assaults. Additionally, I believe one of Sain's sisters is still in fighting shape, and ready for revenge. That should leave those in capable hands. I suppose that we are to be more of a distraction unit, correct?" she looked at Alan and Matis, the two most military minded. The blue-clad youth looked fresh-faced, and Matthias had about as much military strategy as Fleetfoot. "I, for one, am all for taking back what was taken, if it is at all possible."

'Personally, I think that going to help Kenshin has the greater priority. But I'll lead the remainder of the Santuraz soldiers, I'd say that Marcus' attack should be the decoy, allowing you (Matis, Alexia, Greenhorn and Matthias) to enter the castle. You should be able to hold your own in the tight corridors (Fire Emblem logic ftw). We will take care of things in the field.'

"Alan seems to have read my mind. The other forces work as a decoy. Who'd even think we'd try a frontal attack, in a small group? We'd be able to sneak up inside the castle in the middle of the fight, and take the leader down. That's why we are making an appearance 10 minutes after the fight starts."
"And don't worry. Kenshin is the best swordsman I've ever seen. And he was accompanied by Albel, who proved himself as a worthy opponent, by taking down a number of enemies with bows an arrows from far away while on his horse. I doubt he'll mind waiting for a day or two more."

"Im not sure I am in the right place to say this, but i agree with Alan. It sounds like a good plan, althouh he may have a rough time navigate in the thin corridors with his wyvern." Sokka said. "By the way, do we have any intellagence on who the leader is in there? We should know his or her weak pionts so we can take 'em down with as little causulties as possible."

"Sending a stealth unit would only lead to his or her downfall. I asume the castle is being protected by a strong army. That's why the ruckus is made before we go in. Alan will be our aerial scout, and give us the signal when the road is clear for us to move. Then, he'll too, fly to the second floor of the castle, and enter through a window. There are big windows there."
"However, it's true. He will have a hard time navigating through the corridors with his wyvern. Still, he could not enter the castle, and, instead, help the troops outside. Alan is far stronger than the army here is. He would be of great help."

'As i said we will take care off things on the field. Marcus can't be everywhere, he's almost that fast but not quite so.'

Matthias muttered to himself, but knew better than to intervene. He knew how to fight, and was skilled at doing so, but he had to admit that he had little to no battle strategy. He still didn't like the idea of only sending a few people in, but he'd do it anyway. After all, he'd have to die sometime. He did catch Sokka's point. "I'd wager their leader is the big guy that we fought in their base. He managed to cleave a companion of ours into two pieces. Poor bastard didn't even stand a chance," he finished, dodging the incomping slap from Alexia. "Not sure if we'll be able to take him down, he was huge..."
