OoC: btw, Dray, don't worry about us thinking you're prejudice. My main char's a foul-mouthed archer... I don't curse nearly as often as he does. In fact, I'm the one most bothered by the fact that he does curse.
Lyndsey had watched her captors for quite a while. Despite the rather rough treatment, they didn't seem to be altogether that bad of people. Her contract was mostly up by now, and she didn't see any reason to fight them. After all, they hadn't killed her father. As for some of her squad, well, mercenaries are supposed to die in combat. She glanced over at the young cavalier. She had fought well in the battle, but something seemed to distract her now. She was about to offer her services, when the dragon spoke. deciding she'd wait until later, Lyndsey closed her mouth.

Alexia started a bit, then looked up at the massive dragon. Somehow, she had managed not to notice him. She must have been really out of it. Smiling at him, she then turned her gaze out towards the plains. "Well, this sounds odd, but there's this voice... It told me to go out this way. Sort of, insisted, I head out here. I'm not sure why..." the smile left her face. "Maybe I'm going crazy..."

Dray'Gon remained silent for a moment. He was a little suprised by what Alexia had said. In his youth, there were many times it seemed a voice had called him somewhere, but there was no body for that voice. It wasn't a rare thing, however, as many dragons seemed to have of a deeper intuition than the humans he had met before. Dray'Gon viewed it as a 'calling', and up until now, he had never heard of a human that experienced the same thing.
Realizing that his silence may be sending the wrong message, Dray'Gon spoke up, saying, "I do not believe you are going crazy. I..." Dray'Gon stopped, unsure of how to continue. "Anyways, that doesn't explain how come Sokka was with you as well. Did... did he hear the voice as well?"

(OoC; It doesn't really matter where we are geographically, Katara said we were nearly at the castle, but this thread is in Sacae, we made the journey from Sacae to Ostia thrice now in what seems to be a matter of hours while it should be days. Sometimes I get the feeling you all never looked at the Map...)
Alan's search had ended in a failure, the bandit still eluded them. He looked at the sky troubled. 'The weather is getting worse, I'll have to get back into cover soon.'

Sergey was wet and miserable but couldn'quite yet stop moving. He still heard noises behind him. Stop. Sergey lost his balance out of suprise and fell head first in the mud. He grabbed his handaxe and yelled "Who goes there?!"
A person appeared right in front of him, a young boy which was about to greet him but soon got preoccupied with the fact that his excellent robes where getting soaked.

'You have got to be kidding me.' Zeiss said annoyed. 'I bet that back in the Nabata Desert, Geits is laughing his *** off right about now.'

"He, and no, as far as I know. I think he just followed me because he noticed me leaving, and thought I needed an escort," explained Alexia, staring out where Sokka had run off. once again, her mind wondered for a few moments. "Still, I would like to know what's out here that's so important..."

(OOC: I meant he... why'd I put she? Anyways, it's fixed, so you may want to fix yours as well.)
"Sokka was probably wise to go with you. With all these bandit encounters, it's not safe to travel alone." Dray'Gon lowered his head to rest it, not neccessarily due to being tired, but tiring of the rain. He wanted to get back with the others. Actually he'd prefer to be doing anything than just waiting out the storm.
"Should we head back to Matis as soon as the rain stops, or do you think you must find out what's in Sacae, that this voice is calling to you about? I'm... intrigued about what might be out there as well, and would gladly go with you if you would have my company. I'm sure we can join up with Matis, and the others later on."

I found him
He was facedown in the mud, then this kid appeared.
I silently unsheathed my sword. I stayed low and silently moved around them. The kid was dressed nicely, and by the way he just appeared, he could have been a mage, that would be a problem.
I cant fight the both of them, the mage would rip me apart I hope I can keep that fighter between me and the mage, but it would take some pretty careful manuvering. If that mage uses like fire on me, I'm sunk. Maybe... Yes it would work
"You there, you are the fighter who was captured right? Never mind, you have rings around your ankles like they were tied up. Stop right now and come with me, I do not want to get violent."
Without even waiting for an answer, I charged him, blade in hand.
"Warrior Sokka, If you are anywhere nearby, I think I found him, come here!"

"I think... it's still out there. And I think most of us need to look for it, it's going to be protected..." she said, though she didn't realize where the information came from. She shook her head. "We'd have to send someone back to tell Matis what's going on. Alan, maybe."

OoC: oh yeah... Arnolde... Zeiss is a shaman, that means dark magic. You'd get fluxed, not flamed... anyway...
"I could do it," the words sounded heavy, coming from Lyndsey. She honestly couldn't remember when she last spoke. The cavalier gave her an incredulous look. "I have no wish to continue fighting you and yours. Allow me to show this by playing some small part."

Alan heard Arnolde and raced to the location, he didn't desire to be a stiiting ducks for random thunderstrikes any longer. As he arrived he saw Zeiss. 'Hold your horses, kiddo.' I said to Arnolde, 'He's one of us. Ahoy, Zeiss!'

"Oh, well, do I still get to fight the fighter? Alone?"
I wanted to do this by myself to prove myself, and to fix the problem I made.

So these guys are chasing the boy, well that complicates matters. I still need to protect him though. Seeing no alternative Zeiss casted Flux on Alan.

Knowing he was trapped Segey knew that he had to defeat the myrmidon. He threw his handaxe. 'DIE!'
