"Hiro, we do not want to cripple our Cavalier." Errol stated, 'At least not more than he already is.' "But if you'd rather stay here, that's fine. I'm sure we can handle things without you."
'In fact, if stealth really is one of Hiro's skills, that means he would have been helpful in this situation,' Errol thought, but this express statement of Hiro's sneakiness had made his feelings of Hiro being a threat more concrete.

The place had gotten eerily quiet, so Gabriel decided to break the ice. "Well, we better set off, unless we want to spend another day here in this forest" he said, getting up and dusting off his clothes. He put the green cloth over his shoulder yet again and started walking in a random direction, into the forest.
"Just be sure to come back in about an hour. Hope you have a pocket clock, can count or tell the time by just looking at the sun" he said, almost laughing. He had been taught how to do the later two in school and carried a small clock in his pocket to boot.

"What shall we do with her?" Hiro pointed his head towards Jya. "Wake her or one of us stays behind to keep an eye on her while she sleep?" He rather do the second option, less work at this point.

Errol looked between the others. While leaving Jya alone was never a consideration, it had become apparent that she wasn't waking up anytime soon. While Hiro had already decided to stay behind, and Papillion probably wouldn't have any objections to not being brought along on the hunt, Errol had a bad feeling about leaving either of them, although he couldn't think of a definate reason for this.
On the other hand, it wasn't really his decision. He would have to hope that Gabriel would see something he'd overlooked.

"Let's try and wake her up first". Gabriel got closer to Jya, lay his hand on her shoulder and shook her. "Hey, Jya. Wake up" he said rather loudly, to no avail. "Seems like we won't be waking her up anytime soon".
"I guess someone will have to stay with her" Gabriel said, sighing. "I guess..." he looked around the camp "Papilion can look over her". Besides, he's too slow to try anything, compared to her. Hiro, on the other hand...And I'll need Errol's fireballs to get us some food without being detected. Attacking from a distance has many uses
"Any objections?"

"Is she really so hard to wake?" He blurbed.
He wanted to get out of this miserable place but it's better to do nothing in a miserable place then to go running around.
"It looks like my horse fell back asleep. All that lazy brute does is sleep. So I guess I'm not going anywhere." Moving to some shade he tried to go back to sleep. But he was too nervous of bandits. They had been around the same fire for a long time and bandits were bound to come again sooner or later.
Taking some water from his bottle he started drinking but spat it out. "Whoo that's warm." After saying that he realized the sweat trickling down his forehead and how hot it was. "This sucks." he grumbled as he drank the very warm water.

"Come on leaving that tub of lad who just nearly squished the little guy over there to do nothing while I've been up half the night having to do work." Standing up he took out his pocket knife whipping out it's blade. "I'm more of a deer man myself, you go hunt rabbits I'll get something that almost fill up the life raft over there." Hiro then made his way away from the group looking for their next meal.

"Having to do work? All he had to do was stay awake. And we were supposed to take turns. He just never decided to end his, though" Gabriel said, shrugging.
"Oh well, I guess we're off to hunt for food, then. If anyone can fish, there's a river just over the west side of the forest. It'd make for a good change of pace. I've been eating bunnies ever since I first came here" he said, sort of feeling bad for the poor little animals.
"Survival of the strongest, I guess" he finally added, popping some sparks from his fingers. He just hoped a night of rest had been enough to restore his energy.

Saturos stood shirtless in the shallows of the river. The sun peered through the trees. The noise of the running water could be heard in the silence. Saturos quickly bent over and shot his hand towards a fish in the water, catching it in his grasp. Taking a knife out of his pocket, he chopped the head off of the fish, then sat down to eat it. Cutting it down the spine, he opened the creature and gutted it.
It had been awhile since he had left Sacae. He had decided he had spent enough time there. It had been awhile since he had visted an Etrurian forest. He looked around. The scenery was quite nice. The forest seemed to teem with life, unlike the somewhat empty Sacaen plains. Sure there were field mice and the like, but a forest always seemed more alive.
He hadn't seen anyone in the forest, yet, and was taking in the silence. Taking a bite out of his fish, he sighed contently.

Errol took note of Hiro's departure. "If he actually comes back, I'll be surprised." Errol had never actually fished, at least not since he was very young, so he discounted that possibility. He had already planned to hunt on land anyway. "Shall we go, Gabriel?" He said, already walking out of the clearing, at an angle from Hiro's departure.
(ooc:I wonder if anyone will interact with Saturos, since it looks like no-one is going fishing.)

Hiro crept around the wood looking for a meal. He knew his jerky and trail mix wouldn't fill him. Rustling of leaves, looking around he saw a bear eating the berries from a bush. If it was safe for an animal it surely had to be safe for a human, but meat is something he's craving. "Damn, why didn't I go hunting with father as a kid... what do bear's eat? That's right, that animal book we read in school ages ago showed a picture of a bear catching a fish."
He closed his eyes and tried to remember the closest river he saw. It was on his way into that forest, which was... Taking out his map he saw it was west, then checked his compass and took off to the west. After a bit he had made it to the river seeing a man catching a fish with his bare hands. Then he beheaded the fish and cut it's spine. Hiro crept closer before speaking. "Hello there."

"Oh, he will come back" Gabriel answered, and started walking in Errol's direction. "I'm right behind you" he said, knowing that the further they were from each other the more ground they would cover. The problem was that, other than bunnies, he had not been able to catch anything. Errol's ability with magic COULD solve that, which is why he decided to stay close to the mage. Besides, Gabriel might be able to learn a thing or two from him.
OoC: I sense a Support training with Errol coming soon. And it looks like Hiro answered your question. >_>

Saturos jumped. "Ah!" he said, alarmed at the man who had just crept up to him. He had been so entranced by the forest, and the man had been so silent he had not noticed his arrival. "Oh, wow, you scared me there," said Saturos. "Anyways, hello. What brings you here to this forest?" Pausing, Saturos took half of the cleaned fish and handed it to the newcomer. "Care for a fish?"

"During Kraft's little rise to power people became more... more foolish and supported him. I despise the church, for my own safety I fled the city and became a hermit out here. The other day my hut was ransacked by bandits then last night I met a couple of kids, a beauty, and a human wall who killed friends of the bandits, we're out looking for a meal right now." Hiro had decided to keep up the lie, this time with a little more to it since he had time to dwell on it.
"I saw a bear a little bit ago, I remember as a kid seeing a painting of a bear eating a fish so I came down here to use it as bait, then spring from the tree on it's back and attempt to slit it's throat with my pocket knife." Now Hiro hoped he would take the lie as truth, as he approched him he straighten up and walked with less prowling steps.

Saturos, the fish still in his hand, nodded. "Interesting..." said Saturos out loud. "So this...Kraft, he is the 'Prophet', yes? I have heard much about him, and though I've never been in any big Etrurian cities, I hear he has quite a following. You are the first to say anything bad about him, though." Saturos took a bite out of the fish.
Saturos stood up and took another bite of fish. "Nevertheless, if you're looking for food, there's no need to kill a bear." Saturos put the fish down on top of his things and stepped back into the water. "Just catch fish. They're plentiful, and if you know how to do it, easy to catch." Saturos paused and became still, then shot his hand towards the water, bending over, and in a flash, came back up with a fish in his hand. "Most people use rods, but I find this more involving." He held out the fish towards the man. "So, exactly how long have you been a hermit? I'm surprised you haven't actually seen a bear yet, Mr..." Saturos, not waiting for an answer, shook his head. "Oh, sorry, I don't know your name. I have nothing to address you by."
