This actually isn't a sugestion for the mods. Just tossing out an idea for consideration.
To my knowledge, there are no "official" jungles in Elibe.... That doesn't necessarily mean there aren't any.

Dictionary.net says a jungle is:
Virtually every other dictionary claims something like the following:
Typically, the american mind thinks of it as a humid, wet (tropical) place. It would not be a far stretch to suggest that Valor Island meets this description, as it was covered in a large, old forest, and was shrouded in fog. (which needs moisture)
I could also see parts of Nabata possibly meeting this description. As far as I know, there is no description of the places along the coast of the oceans. Also, I believe, though I'm not sure, that when it highlights the Nabata Desert in the desert chapters of the game, it colors only the places inside the mountain ranges. I believe that would imply that the rest is something other than desert.
Another place could be some of the southern bits of the Western Isles. The cave that Hector finds his weapon in was a volcanic cave. Would this be enough to allow a tropical environment somewhere around there? I don't know. Does it sound good in a story? Yes.
Even with all this thought, I'd say that jungles in Elibe would be few and far between, and in places with virtually no population to speak of.
If someone has stuff to add to this, that would be great, because that is the current extant of my knowledge and reasoning on this.

Dictionary.net says a jungle is:
A dense growth of brushwood, grasses, reeds, vines, etc.; an almost impenetrable thicket of trees, canes, and reedy vegetation, as in India, Africa, Australia, and Brazil.
