Name: Kishou
Class: Monk -> Bishop
Hair Color: Blond
Eye Color: Brown
Age: 27
Appearance: Pale skin with a rough, stern face. About 5'10 in height and weighs an average of 150(?). Mostly skinny and weak in muscle, but can be agile for a monk.
Clothes: Wears red and white robes over the whole body. Also wears simple brown boots for travel and a nab sack for carrying books and items.
Personality: Kishou is strict follower of the teachings of St. Elimine, often stating his magic was blessed by God. He can be very religious, and he helps others occasionally in hopes to save the less fortunate from evil. He also criticizes people of committing sins, friend or foe.
In the case of battle, he will continuously shout out that his foe is cursed and damned, and he will smite them by his hand. Even if it is a friendly spar, because he believes it helps to think his opponent is evil as he says it is.
Born in: Etruria
Story: Born and raised by a small family in Etruria, Kishou grew up as a pupil in a town church during his teen years. He was instructed by Doug, a middle-aged Bishop, in all matters involving magic; mostly the light magic used by Monks and the healing staff magic used by the healers.
Thoughout Kishou's training, he travelled around the country with Doug, getting an experience of life outside his simple home. The purpose of these travels was because Doug would occasionally get a request from neighboring towns a few days away, for a healer to help the sick and wounded. Kishou would accompany him and see first hand what he did for a living.
Once or twice, however, their travels would be ambushed by bandits, thinking two priests would be easy money. However, they underestimated Doug, and were effectively defeated by his mastery of Light magic. Kishou wasn't sure whether to be a Priest or a Monk at first, but Doug reminded him that while one or the other practices staffs or light tomes, through continuous training they can become a Bishop, who can use both. Kishou, at the end of his pupil days, became a Monk, to practice use of magic and defeat evil bandits.
As Kishou reached his mid-20s, he grew increasingly worried about the state of the world. The battle against the bandit Hargus has long past, but he couldn't help but grew concerned about how everyone was recovering, where some countries were without the guidance of light. He explained Doug his intention, to travel the world and bring people to guidance in the ways of St. Elimine. While Doug was reluctant at first (hoping he should have Kishou stay and finish his Bishop training), Kishou was determined to go; if only to protect others from bandits.
With his final farewells to his parents and teacher (and the parting gift of a Lightning Tome and a Vulnerary pack), he set off to the world, traveling south to one of the territories in Lycia.
