"That won't work, i'd be hiding all night." He'd ponder for a moment.
"Perhaps, think of it as acting out a play. You are a character using lines and directions, that is not lying." He'd smile, "There is no shame in performing. The only difference from a play to this is that the stage is real, and the actors do not know they are playing a part." He'd admit to himself that it was a stretch, but due to his impatience, he wasted little time formulating another answer.
"Think of the dinner as your pay for such a performance."

Ingrid's eyes shined when he mentioned the food. But no matter how the guy dressed it still felt like lying to her. The hunger made her think in a strange fashion, but what she had in her mind seemed to make sense and, technically she would be intoxicated. People in Sacae weren't know to be drinkers and she had never tried a dip of alcohol in her life, but that was it would work so great for them. She grabbed the cape she had brought with her and putted it on.-This will do for the custom. Please forgive me!.- She said as she grabbed the tankard of mead and emptied most of it's content down her throat. She was barely able to place it back on the bar before completely loosing her balance, hitting her forehead against the bar before tumble down to the floor. completely unconscious and with her forehead bleeding.

Rogus's mouth was left agape. ~Could this have worked out any more perfectly?~
"Oh no... " He'd say with fake sorrow. "poor thing.." The eyes of every member in the Tavern would be on them, save the druid's, as it seemed he was glued to his book, but he wasn't sure. Rogus knelt down next to her limp body, ripping a piece of cloth from his cloak, he'd purposefully wrap it rather crudely to seem as if it were done in a hurry. The drunks and patrons surrounded the scene, giving offers to help her which rogus would decline.
"Its my fault, i must get her to the chapel to be healed!" Most were drunk enough to take this as an excuse, others simply let it be his problem, and the few hold outs were dissuaded by a long speech on how his honor would be damaged if he didn't see to it himself. He'd pick her up bridal style, unless stopped by her reawakening or from another's interference, and would hurry toward the door, his tab un-paid.
~This girl's rather useful, didn't have to pay for the drink, nor her dinner because of her accident, and now i'll be able to stay in the chapel... And she won't have to lie, its a win-win i suppose.~ He'd carry on the dialogue in his head.

Ingrid was barely even aware of what was happening around her. She felt the floor getting away from her, it was hard to tell what was up or down and she felt gross when she noticed the drool coming out of her mouth as her barely awake self couldn't do anything to control that. The world around her seemed to spin and all she wanted was to throw up. It was a horrible sensation of uselessness and to an extent fear. She was confused and her stomach was filled with something that only made her want to get it out of herself. But she needed to hold it. at least a bit more.

He'd hurry to the chapel. A few amongst the crowds in the streets gazed on the odd display with interest, others helped the thief by parting the crowd, but the vast majority seemed to not notice. After walking quickly as he could carrying another person for what seemed like an hour, he finally arrived at the church steps. Its elaborately carved stonework, and masterfully crafted doors and windows made Rogus salivate. If it was so elaborate, and fine on the outside, there was a good possibility that there were items of equal grandeur inside its walls.
A pang of guilt shot through the thief. Had he gone so far into his greed that he'd use a child to further his goals? Yes, yes he had. Not only that, she was hurt and probably very drunk. He'd grunt and shove the feeling away, he'd never see the girl again, and would likely not return to the city any time soon. Why should he keep it on his conscience if the consequences won't effect him at all? Perhaps they would, but only if he blundered. The guilt left as suddenly as it had come on, and he trudged up the steps to enter the chapel.

Ingrid coughed loudly and sorely, followed by a small moan. It was getting hard to hold back the puke, she instinctively tried to roll to the side as to not throw up all over the man carrying her. Her stomach revolved and boiled like the inside of a active volcano it wouldn't take her long to loose control

Entering the chapel with a goood deal of drama, Rogus made a large show of the injured, intoxicated girl. His cloak fluttered in behind him, adding to the image of a heroic rescue that wasn't quite as heroic, nor a true rescue, as it seemed. People praying to St. Elimine were interrupted by the dramatic entrance, the monks and clerics scurrying about gasped, a Bishop turned his nose up at the interruption, and the handful of citizens gazed at the man oddly.
"someone! I need a healer!" He yelled into the main room. A cleric hurried over, followed by a Bishop dragging his feet down the main aisle, huffing in annoyance. They would take the girl from his arms, while a peevish looking monk approached to question the girl's supposed rescuer.
"Excuse me sir, but what happened?" the monk asked, eyeing Rogus with something akin to respect. Rogus had his whole dialogue rehearsed in his head, and responded gasping for breath, seemingly in shock.
"I... I have no idea... One moment i'm walking on the road to Pherae, the next i'm watching some bandits throw that girl into a ditch..." He'd pause to take a concerned look toward the girl and the crowd of clergy members for emphasis, "I waited until they had left before seeing if she was alive, i noticed she had some alcohol on her breath, and a gash on the back of her head... I wrapped a piece of my cloak around the wound to help, but I am no healer..." He'd stop, his story told for the most part. He had noticed the monk had been listening intently, and seemed to believe the story.
"Where exactly were you?" He'd ask, pushing his glasses up on the bridge of his nose.
"About a mile out from Caelin, I reckon, near the mountains in the north-west." Rogus replied between shallow breaths. He was sweating enough to make the story believable, and, because the mountains around the land usually held a clan of bandits or two, there would be no cause to question it.
"I've heard there have been some bandits sighted near the mountains... thank you for bringing her here, we'll take good care of her." The monk began to turn away to aid his fellows in seeing to the girl's condition before Rogus stopped him.
"Excuse me... I have no place to stay, nor enough coin to pay for a room at an inn... Would I be allowed to stay the night here? And if its not too much to ask, i'd like to keep an eye on the girl... I fear she is very injured." His coinpurse was hidden within his multiple belts, and thus he would look to be a weary traveler without a place to stay.
"I'll have to ask the Bishop, but i'm certain we could house you for the night." The monk replied kindly, nodding to the thief as he left.
~Excellent... easy pickings..~

The cold floor made it imposible to hold it back any she threw up was mainly water, bile and most of the mead she drank. Followed with coughing and incomprehensible babbling. With much effort she managed to open her eyes for a moment to find out just how painful light was. Not still aware of what she was doing she clumsily tried to stand up, slipping in her own vomit and falling flat on her face. One thing she knew clearly, she wasn't gonna drink again.

Ryuzaki had seen the man hurrying through the streets, and smiled softly to himself. If there was one thing that was always, always true... A thief ALWAYS recognizes another thief. Ryuzaki increased his pace, not bothering to rob the passers-by now, and followed the man into the church, where he secreted himself in the shadows. He'd have to be careful -- so many religious people would pose a danger. What sort of idiocy could the man be planning? With so many people around... And if he got involved, he'd have to help that Sacaean girl. Damn, what a confusing situation. Maybe... Yes. He'd play it all to his advantage... He'd need to get close inconspicuously. And to fit in amongst the religious, he'd have to look religious. Ryu brushed his hair to the side and shuffled forward until he was standing by the man. As he approached, the girl vomited, and Ryuzaki immediately turned and moved to the man's other side, sniffing in mock disdain like one of the Elimine worshippers. Almost too late, Ryuzaki pulled his sword sheath farther behind him, using his cloak to cover it and making it virtually invisible.
"Sir," Ryuzaki murmured, his hands clasped as if in prayer. "I'm not quite sure what you're planning... But a thief can smell a thief. I don't ask much of a cut... I'm quite nimble with my blade... And," he continued, letting his eyes settle on the man's profiled face and fixing him with a piercing glare, "I'll be your worst nightmare if you cross me.
I mean, come on... I'm just another guy trying to eke out a living. You scratch my back, I'll scratch yours. Or... I could make whatever job you're going to pull ab-so-luuuutely MISerable."
Ryuzaki smirked and raised an eyebrow.
"Whaddya say, ...pal?"

Another set back. Rogus looked to the other thief, cursing himself he had not noticed a tail. Sizing the man up, he could tell his words rang true to a certain extent. Sharing wasn't a strong suit of his, nor was working with other thieves. He knew the other would attempt to take more than he said, ~A Small share~... What a joke. He'd move further to the side, wrinkling his nose and turning his eyes away from the vomit, anyone who'd see would guess he had moved away from the stench. Satisfied with his distance from the clerics, he'd cheekily reply to the man.
"Seeing as i have no choice..." He'd reply in a low tone, the dialogue of the clergy members tending to the girl drowning him out, he'd smirk and wink, "Fine, I'll share."
"But you really must work on appearances, holding your blade beneath your cloak may seem like you're trying to look like you're NOT up to no good." He'd say, almost scolding the man. He'd not have seen the blade, of course, but keeping a hand in your cloak meant only one thing in his book; somebody was armed. Of course, he was as well, the dagger wedged between his many belts was only just visible, but he was under the guise of a traveler and it was not too odd for one too be armed in this age of banditry and danger.
"If you want to know the plan, speak with me after the room clears a bit." He'd say and go to a pew, acting as if the conversation had never happened, and knelt, feigning to pray.

The girl didn't knew how long it had been, between the nightmares and nausea she had a terrible sleep, one that didn't seemed to have an end until then. She was in the chapel as planned and it still was dark inside. She looked around and didn't saw the vomit anywhere, someone must had cleaned it while she was out. With a lot of effort she managed to stand up from the bench she had been left to recover, the hit on her forehead seemed to had been healed almost entirely.
Her mouth was dry and she still felt dizzy from the hangover.- I'll never do that again, no matter if i'm starving.- She walked toward the door of slightly opened to see the time. The moon was tall in the sky and the cold wind sneaked inside the place.-Is it barely night time?- She closed the door again and turned back looking for his companion. There was still some time before the plan to get going and she didn't wanted to go back to sleep, she wanted something to eat instead, her stomach was entirely empty after that horrible time.

As the day turned to noon, and noon changed to eve, Rogus sought out Ryu, giving him a subtle gesture. He'd hold on to a column, making a cross with two fingers, Meet, and would turn away to go to the back of the church. The place was empty save the three, and two young clerics hurrying about dousing the un-needed candles. The rest of the clergy had left to their quarters or to abbeys elsewhere in Caelin.
~Now, its just about time to start rummaging through some chests...~ He'd grin at the thought. Earlier there had been a golden statuette of St. Elimine on the Altar, but the bishop had taken it away to some other part of the church. He'd want that the most, it was worth a fortune by itself, a bit less melted down. However, he knew that there would be plenty of coin and other relics to be found, it was a church after all. The people gave tribute to it in coin every week, no one would notice a sizable chunk go missing.
But he had other problems. This new accomplice surely wouldn't take a small portion with open hands. Any thief worth his salt would try to get more than what he is given, he knew that. His hand would be poised to draw his dagger if the man double crossed him.

Ryuzaki grinned in anticipation. Now it was a waiting game... Time to see what he was up to. And that Sacaean girl, too. Hmm...
Ryuzaki slid into a pew and idly fingered his sword hilt, watching... and waiting.
When Ryu saw the man flip the common meet sign, he grinned widely, knowing that the gig was beginning. He arose, taking stock of his surroundings, and noiselessly slipped over to the other thief.
"Yeah?"

"If you already have been paying attention, we're in St. Elimine's church... Surely you know what happens here once every week?" He'd grin, knowing that contributions were made during every service to the church's upkeep.
"But that's not all. Every night, guards are outside the church, never inside... The only form of security inside is the monks, but they are most likely lax, and inattentive... Who's evil enough to rob a church right?" He'd explain, having stayed in Caelin long enough to notice the patterns of the guard, "The real prize is that statuette the Bishop was caressing earlier, its solid gold i hear." He'd smirk, cross his arms, and continue.
"All we have to do is get past the monks roaming the halls, find exactly where they keep our loot, and leave before morning." He wouldn't mention the girl in the plans. She'd played her part. He'd purposefully speak quietly, the clerics would likely not hear but a few whispers, and the girl may only hear a word or two. He'd end with a crooked grin planted on his face.
"Simple as that."

The girl Clumsily approached the man.-Are you sure the wedding is gonna be here?- She asked when she heard the two men whispering about something (like a statue).- And... who is he?- She asked pointing at the other thief. She was starting to hesitate about the truth behind the man's word. She realized she didn't even knew his name. Could this be reason enough to doubt the ruse she helped set up?.
