Oleg had already nailed the map onto the wall of his room, beginning to draw on it as he cursed to himself. "If I plan this out right... Although... Mrh." Oleg returned to marking around on the map as he begun to think in his head.
This expedition. He had made it to reach the fort and the treasure. But he also wanted it to grow his daughter up. Maybe even make her realize what a horrible kind of person Oleg himself was. If she left him as soon as she could, she would be safer than with him. But, he in a way did not want to see her go either. He finished his markings as he walked to his bed, sitting down and removing most of his armor, leaving on his black shirt and dark grey pants, as he then begun to lie down on his bed.

Ingrid paid the bishop only with the gold and apologized to him for his companion's lack of manners. She turned back to Rogus and crossed her arms.- You could start with "thank you" Ro.- It was no particular reason she decided to start calling him that, hopefully it would serve to mess with him too.- They are on the carriage i'm sure you'll find them but first.- Ingrid pulled out a knife and approached him. -We need to take those stitches off from you ok? don't move i don't to accidentally cut your throat open again.

Oh no... I am NOT trusting you with MY neck. Last time i checked you wanted my head on a platter... He cursed afterward. The stitches didn't need to come out now did they? Plus what was the point of having someone heal his neck if someone else was going to slice it right back open. She had stitched him up... No. She wasn't holding a knife then, like she was now. Besides how steady was her hand with a blade? He saw her fight-- no, try to fight Ryuzaki. she was no where near the level he'd be comfortable with, but he did owe her a few kindnesses... Be nice...
Er... I'm sorry, its just I recently had a knife dig into my flesh, i'd rather wait a while for another to do the same... Sorry scamp. He offered a smile and a friendly wink that he only half meant, but he was a perfect actor it would seem entirely genuine. Now was time to gather his things and meet with Oleg, he needed to discuss some things with the mercenary. Some about the current job, maybe a bit about a personal matter. Thanks, I have to talk with Ser Oleg. He'd begin walking off... HAD SHE SAID RO? Rogus stopped dead in his tracks. None of these people knew his real name, not even Ryuzaki knew it to the fullest extent. He had told these people his name was Connor.
Why did you call me Ro? He said without turning, his fists clenched. Either he had forgotten he told her his real name, or she knew by other means. Had he underestimated her?

Oleg was running away, like always. He was running in darkness, going past thousands upon thousands of memories and sights of the past and the present. It's what he does. Ever since the burning, he had ran. He had left his son. He had left who knows how many bastard children with their mothers. He had left friends and brothers... And as a act of redemption, he had picked up one of those bastards. As if he could be redeemed.
Oleg turned in his sleep, mumbling and groaning...

"Well, Oichi, that I'm not completely sure of. I assume she was paid by my friend, Connor, to simply act as a decoy. Suffice to say, she did the opposite.
Regardless of how she got there... I fed her, gave her my bread. As a woman of the plains, she should have helped, or at least left us alone, not hurt us. She owes me, Oichi. It is the honor of the plains. It's honor that I care about. I don't steal for fun, or just because I feel vindictive or oppressed. I have to steal to live. If I was a noble, with plenty of money and time, then I could immerse myself in morality and other frivolities like that. For now, I simply don't have the luxury.
I guess I just feel a little bit betrayed, that's all. And it's a shame... She seemed like a nice girl. Cute, too, but don't tell her I said that...
Meh," Ryu sighed. "Oh hey, Oichi, can you read this?" Ryu asked, showing her a page of the golden book. He doubted it, but he felt it couldn't hurt to ask... Maybe she had some magical background he didn't know. Ryu had learned to read elder magics from his father, although he never was able to use them adequately. He just enjoyed the eerie chants and grim, sinister words. But this book looked different, and he couldn't make heads or tails of it.

"Near I think I can understand how you fell", spoke Oichi. "Betrayal hurts, it is a feeling I know too well. Thought my encounter with betrayal is far less serious than yours. As for your thieving I can not judge you. I have always had somebody there to aid me. It was either my mother, or my father. I also have the gift of my voice. The ability to sing a tune can take a girl far in the world."
Oichi paused for a moment and then Ryu asked about his book. She took it and looked at the text. She had no idea what it was or said. "I am sorry Near, but I have no clue", spoke the maiden as she handed the book back to Ryu. "I wish I could help you, but I don't know much about magic." Oichi paused for a moment and took a deep breath. "Near I thought you should know that I am going to try and talk to the other two about the event. I know I can't erase your feelings of being betrayed, but I can try to make a understanding. We are going to be working together right. So I think everybody should at least try to get along", spoke Oichi. The maiden rose from her seat and began to walk back toward the center of town. "Oh", she spoke as she suddenly stopped. "You are pretty cute yourself when you are sleeping", spoke Oichi as she started back toward the town square. She needed to find Rogus and Ingrid. If she was going to do something about this mess she needed everyone on board.

Samuali was almost dozing when the girl he was waiting for went by. He sat there for a moment a little confused in his groggy state, he knew he was going to do something, but what? The girl had put some distance when he recalled what he was going do. "Hey, wait up a second!" Samuali yelled as he jogged up to her. Once he caught up he asked; "Where is your group going, miss?" He patiently waited for an answer. If it seemed exiting or a good chance to train, he would ask to join up.

Ingrid grinned to herself when she noticed the name did bothered him.- Well i don't know your, and if I asked you would lie, so i'm naming your Ro now, because you are a "rosh" rogue.- She jumped down from the carriage and walked up to him.- Here's your silver thingie. Looks more valuable than money so take better care of it! i don't like you, but i'm going to try to be professional.- She stretched her hand to him and looked into his eyes.-Just don't trick me again and we won't have any more problems.

Oichi heard someone call to her. The maiden turned around to see a young lad that was not far from her age. He seemed to be seeking information about their journey which sent a red flag for Oichi. Her father had told her to watch out for thieves and brigands. How did this guy know she was apart of the group? How did he know they were going somewhere, and if he knew why was he asking her where? It was suspicious too her. Too suspicious. "Umm", spoke Oichi as she stared at him. Her mistrust could be seen in her eyes.
"Well", spoke Oichi as she coughed. "I don't mean to sound rude, but I kind of don't really know you. This trip is, well delicate. I am not sure if I am suppose to give out information on it", spoke the maiden.

Ryu saw Oichi walking away, and blushed in spite of himself. He was about to call out to her when he saw a strange boy approach her.
Bad. Bad, bad, bad!
Ryu firmly held his scythe and walked over, placing the point of the curved blade up to the boy's chest and firmly standing in between the maiden and the ruffian.
"Back away."

Thanks for the Nickname... and my jewelry. You're alright scamp. He winked and ruffled her hair with a quick motion of his hand. He walked away without another word, looking for Ryuzaki, he'd spot his partner holding a scythe between Oichi and a young boy. He didn't like that, and neither did Oichi it appeared. He dashed queitly behind his buddy, and in a stroke of pure genious, tickled the back of the other man's neck. By the gods, if the man wasn't ticklish, Rogus was going to get another chunk of his neck sliced off.
Now, Now Near, thats not how we treat our guests! He wagged his finger disaprovingly, and gave Oichi and the green-haired lad a reassuring smile and wink. Let alone such a strapping young lad! He was obviously teasing the other thief to the delight of himself mostly. He brushed his hair back, and reset his head piece.
Now, Oichi, who's your new friend? He grinned mischeviously, his voice was that of an elder brother, and he seemed to have practice in such a role. Making sure Ryu would put that blasted farming tool away, he flashed the "meet" sign to the other thief discreetly. He then waited patiently for the young girl to respond.

Samuali could tell that she did not trust him, and that was reasonable. He had seen and heard enough to know it was best to be careful when talking to complete strangers. But now curiosity had gotten the best of him. As he was trying to figure out how to prove he was not going to rob her the man the girl was talking to earlier ran up, steeping between Samuali and the girl and pointed his scythe right at Samuali's chest.
"Back away." The man growled.
Samuali got the point, in both ways, and slowly backed off stammering with his hands in the air. "Er, sorry, i just- um, right." A different brown haired man came behind the man with the scythe and... tickled him? Samuali took advantage of the distraction and swiftly moved out the scythe's reach. He then resumed slowly backing up as the brown haired man talked to the group. He was ready to bolt if the group tuned hostile on him.

Oleg walked downstairs in his basic black shirt and dark grey pants, his sword hilted on his belt as he walked to the bartender, ordering himself some strong wine as he sat down on a table and began to drink. It was going to be a heavy task ahead of himself, so why not sit down and enjoy a drink or two? He smiled to himself, raising the glass as he then drank it all down.

"Oh Near", spoke Oichi as Ryusaki walked up to her. She was a bit surprised when he pulled out his scythe and began to threaten the lad. Sure he was suspicious, but there was no need to threaten him. It seemed that threats where a common part of Ryu introduction, thought Oichi could not complain. At the very least it meant he valued her a bit. "Wait Near", spoke the maiden, but before she could finish Rogus walked up. In a strange jester he tickled the back of Ryu neck. Calming down the situation he asked the fair maiden a question.
"Well we just meet really", spoke Oichi. "He wanted to know some infromation about the expedition, but I was not sure that I should give it out. Not that you are a bad person per say", spoke Oichi as she looked at Sam. "I am just not sure if I should give that information out. In the past I had a bad run in with some shady people. From that experiences I learned not to trust people so readily.Oh! I almost forgot", spoke Oichi as she grabbed hold of Rogus shirt. "I need to talk to your Mr...., mr...., umm", a small blush of embarrassment crossed Oichi face as she tried to remember Rogus name. She did not talk to him much on the trip and she had very little time to chat with him. "Mr Red", she finally spoke. "I am sorry. I just don't remember you name."

Hey-- H-Hey, Let Go of me! Rogus wriggled free and dusted his shirt off. My name's Connor. His sleeves were moved out of position, his brand showed for a few seconds before he quickly readjusted the shirt. The girl had pulled his shirt rather blunty. To top that off she had the nerve to forget his fake name! Talk to the boss kid, he'll decide if you're in. He's over there, in the tavern. Rogus said to the green mop-top kid. He then nodded to Ryuzaki, and grinned. Make nice and lead the way for the poor boy, eh pal? He then turned to Oichi.
Come then, we'll speak. Next time just ask, Okay? Rogus led the girl away from the others, and stopped as they were out of earshot. By Elimine, he hoped she hadn't seen that brand. If she asked about it, he'd no doubt become annoyed. He wasn't nice when he was annoyed.
