Nacht went over the magical circle once more, making sure that every line was properly curved, every symbol properly drawn. The time had come and he could afford no screw ups now. He flipped through the pages of The Tome as he passed, matching up everything until he was finally satisfied that all was in order. The Druid stepped back, shutting the thick book and placing it on his table once more. He turned to the circle, starting to chant out the incantation. He could feel the power of all the souls fill him, surging forth in a delightful feeling of power in the absolute. The circle shined with a brilliant light, a wave of metaphorical pressure pouring outwards as it began to draw forth the magical energies necessary for the grand ritual to see success. The ground began to shake with great force, light shined even brighter, like an all consuming force. --- The old fortress of the united bandits stood well occupied for the first time in several years. A mess of brigands stood guard outside, though inside were two of the former commanders during that war. Saleena, the Sacaen Sage, paced back and forth, wringing her hands. Not of worry, but of annoyance as her face would give away. Georg grunted, starting to get fed up with her annoying habit. "Would you stop that? It is not going to make time go by any faster. Nacht's doing whatever he does now, we just need to wait.""Bah! Wait, wait, wait. That's all I've done for these past few years! My chance is finally here again! I'm going to make those plains burn!" Saleena chuckled malevolently, her voice filled with as much mania as Georg's was gruffness. Then, the tower began to shake. "Wha-"Light began to pour forth from the hall that Nacht had gone down, starting to fill the main room with blinding intensity. "GAH! SALEENA, WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON!?""I DON'T KNOW! DON'T ASK ME!"After a few agonizing minutes, the light finally began to die down, allowing the two to see once more. "What was that...?"Footsteps echoed from down the hall a moment later, Nacht approaching the two with a very pleased grin. "Lady and gentleman! Allow me to present..." The green haired Druid stepped aside, waving a hand to indicate they should look behind him. "The Bandit King."

As Nacht chanted the spell the air in the room had began to get thicker, the air in the outer half of the circle had began to spin in a clockwise motion while the inner half began to spin in a counter clockwise motion. Anything that was laying around was pulled into the dual vortexes, their air began to glow a dim green as it spun around the room. It didn't take long for air spinning in a counter clockwise motion to pick up speed to the point it was almost impossible to noticed it began to flow in the same direction as the outer circle as it began to flow toward the center of the circle. The dim green light had began to get brighter and brighter, the white light blinded anybody in the room as it rushed toward the middle. In an instant it was over, just as quickly as it began, there was a figure knelling in the center of the circle emitting smoke from his entire body. He had his left elbow placed on his knee as he clutched the left side of his face tightly. As he rose to his feet he had began to pull his hand away from his face, he was able to see his hand from both of his eyes.
Hargus had let out a sinister laugh, he was able to come back from the dead without the wound to his left eye he took from that bastard on the horse. If he ever found him again he'd gouge out his eye for placing an arrow in his, like his father always said 'an eye for an eye'. In truth he was just a shrimp in an ocean full of much bigger fish to fry, he needed to find out what he had missed out since his death. "Nacht, you're going to have to inform me of what I've missed but that can wait. First show me to my loyal subjects."
The two walked down the hall silently, Nacht had given him his introduction. Hargus walked past him with a devilish grin on his face. "I'm baaaaaack. Now, who wants to spill some blood?"

Quite frankly, the looks on both Georg and Saleena's faces at this moment could be described as priceless. A mixture of shock and awe, as well as sputtered greetings. After a moment the two regained their composure though.
"I'm always ready! I'll light the plains up in an inferno this time! Hahaha!" Saleena spoke with delight, practically giddy.
"It's a pleasure to see you once more in the flesh, King Hargus. I look forward to serving you once more." Georg bowed his head respectfully. "Our enemies shall not know what hit them."
Nacht stepped in now as well. "Georg and Saleena have remained true to our cause. Though many have spread out after our defeat, they will surely come flocking back in droves now that you've returned. And if you'll permit me, I think you might find news of the world quite interesting." The Druid began to speak of many events. From the monsters in Lycia and other spots to the civil war currently kicking up in Bern, as well as the tyrannical Prophet Kraft that now ruled Etruria. He also thrown in a mention of the Dragon that had died in the Arena of Bern.
"And the ones that fought you before have either vanished and probably died or simply retired, hanging up their blades." He began to grin. "And making them prime targets."

Hargus listened closely to what Nacht had to say, if he is to pick up where he left off with his world domination plans he had to plan it right. Etruria sounded like they had a tyrannical leader who rose to power using his handy work, there was two options there. Let the people revolt and swoop in when they were at their weakest or they he could have Nacht collect enough souls to resurrect Elimine again and use her seize control over Kraft but he needed the Fire Emblem in his control to ensure that would work. Bern and Illia were at war with each other, it seems like that red headed bastard did something right while he was dead. With the two fighting a civil war they would be the easiest two to finish off, the only question is could they set aside their differences to fight together when the time comes? Hargus really wanted to go see Lycia, it seems like his minions from his past life had finally awoken since his death. Once he obtained the Fire Emblem once again Lycia will fall, obtaining the Fire Emblem was a goal but not a priority at this moment. The only country that seemed okay in this world was Sacae, it also was the home of a few of those "heroes" so it made the perfect place to make his return known.
"If you see somebody from the old Ruinz Bandits return, kill them on the spot. We had the world in our palms." Hargus stretched out his right hand with his palm facing up and his fingers curled. "Even with my death there were those who remained loyal to our cause, they never faltered." Clinching his fist he now exploded in anger "THEY ABANDONED US, WE DO NOT NEED FILTH SUCH AS THAT IN OUR RANKS." Hargus was now heated, his ambitions were even greater now than they were before. Even though his first attempt had failed it seemed it set Elibe in a downward spiral for somebody like him to take it. This time he wasn't going to make the same mistake, he tried to take the entire world at once, he was going to take the world one country at a time on his own. Using pawns such as Bern was a mistake, they had bit the hand that feeds and didn't stop there.
Hargus began to pace now. "We're not going to set Sacae ablaze, no we're going to cripple their will to fight. Assemble as many men and women you can, spread the word that the Ruinz Bandits are back but do not make my presence known yet. Once we've got an army, the City of Heroes will fall. With their precious Kenshin dead they will realize how futile it is to fight back against our might. If any other of those "heroes" from the "bandit war" wants to step up, they will meet the same fate as that son of a bitch. I do not fear them, I never did and never will."

Oleg listened to the ravings of the bandit king, having stayed away from the group of four for some time now. He thought out the options in his head for a long while, pondering as he then murmurred to himself. "Oichi... This will be for you. Elimine help me if this backfires on me."
Oleg walked to the bandit king, looking to Augustus for a moment before he then knelt down onto his left knee, placing his sword infront of Hargus. "I'm yours to command, King Hargus. Mayhaps you do not know of me. Augustus does, however. I have served him for a while now, and I wish to pledge myself to you, now that he has brought you back. Will you take me?"

Nacht began to grin at the prospect of the executions. "I'll be certain to put their souls to much more useful prospects." He then looked over to Oleg as he approached, speaking up and swearing his allegiance. "I can indeed attest to his performance. He's been a very useful warrior in seeing my plans through and will certainly be helpful in our future endeavors as well. Oleg is also quite the resourceful man."
Saleena for her part retained most of her giddyness, even after being told that she wasn't going to be burning down the plains. "Ehehehe! Oh, this'll still be great! We'll get back at the Sacaens and more!"
Georg for his part kept his calm manner about himself. "I've got favors to call in from mercenaries and other bandits alike. I'll have your men together soon, Lord Hargus."
All things considered, the future was looking very bright for this group of nefarious souls.
