After having settled himself down Brad went over to talk to Dray'Gon. "You know Dray if the heroes are back and have their weapons or a satanic form of them, they'll be able to hurt you. Our weapons can't damage you but these ones, they're specially made to hurt you." Brad had a great amount of concern for the giant dragon, if those things did have their weapons, Dray'Gon would be screwed.

Dray'Gon almost didn't notice Brad until he began to speak to him. Dray'Gon turned to Brad not seeming to be the slightest bit phased, and said, "That may be true, but if we do not stop them, who will?" Dray'Gon paused a moment before adding, "Besides, if they are able to hurt me as you say, then surely you and the others would be at the same risk, if not more so."
Dray'Gon returned his gaze towards the mountains, but Brad's words hung with him. He had thought much about how an encounter with one of the heroes might go, and while he had high hopes, he had a lingering feeling that it would be as easy as he was making it out to be. He'd be facing a threat greater than perhaps any he had faced before...
Dray'Gon's thought's suddenly turned to Vhailene. He was perhaps closest to matching the power of these heroes, and Dray'Gon didn't stand a chance. He was amazed he had survived that fight. Vhailene was still out there somewhere as well, and would soon find out that Dray'Gon wasn't dead. Dray'Gon had to hope that next time they met, he would be ready for him... and hopefully in so beating him, he'd stand a chance against the revived heroes.

"I know but, I still worry, their weapons are made specifically to hurt you. Assuming of course they have their weapons" Brad said to his dragon friend.

Dray'Gon didn't pay attention to the last thing Brad said. He was already lost in thought. Sitting here doing nothing, Dray'Gon seemed to feel a dark cloud overhead, even though the sky was clear as day. He desperately wanted to get moving again, as it would take his mind off of what may happen when they finally met the heroes, or if Vhailene showed up sooner than Dray'Gon would have hoped for.

Lyndsey came closer to the camp, enough so that the guards could tell who she was. Quickly, a plan formed in her mind. Diving fast, she landed in the camp, stumbling off her pegasus. "Wyvern... chasing... whole unit... lost," she gasped, before "collapsing." The entire camp went into a panic, and several archers readied ballistas.

Alan had walked into it with his open eyes. He saw he wouldn't get away, and the others were too far away. There was only one option. He followed Lyndsey to the ground and picked up her "unconcious" body. Then he put his sword too her neck. 'Drop you ****ing weapons, or I'll cut her cute little neck.' Alan yelled in an accent that suspiciously resembled Matthias'.

Lyndsey hadn't expected this. She figured the wyvern lord was more talk, less action. She opened her eyes, staring out at the mercenaries. "They won't do it. They don't know me that well," she explained, her voice even. An attempt to swallow got her throat nicked by the blade. "It was just a little prank, that's all." Most of the mercenaries relaxed. The ones who knew Lyndsey better stared at the wyvern lord, obviously distrusting the combatant.

Alan didn't know if he could trust her. Best thing to do know is play it the farce to the end. 'Sweet Lynsdey, you didn't think you could leave without saying goodbye? I want every archers cuiver set on fire.' He added loudly.

By now, Dray'Gon had fully recovered, and he knew it was taking too long. Eager to get up and do something, Dray'gon turned to Matis and said, "They've been gone far longer than they should have been. I think something's up. I'm gonna go find out what's happened, and then returned." Not waiting for Matis' response, Dray'Gon shifted back to dragon form, and prepared to look for Alan and Lyndsey.
(OOC: mostly because I hate sitting around, but also because it seems like something my character would do, and it could make the situation very interesting. hehe)

Lyndsey tried not to groan as most of the archer stared glaring at her. "Alan, they're more likely to shoot me than do something like that," she hissed, looking over her shoulder at the wyvern lord. The archers did look like they were about to do as Lyndsey had said...

"Aren't you supposed to be one of the good guys," retorted Lyndsey. She glanced over at the crowd of mercenaries, who were starting to get edgy. She gulped again, though fought against any other outward signs of emotion. Finally, the crowd parted, and a well built man stepped out. "Put down your weapons," the man ordered, motioning to the assembled me. "There's no need for loss of life if we can help it. Young man, I am not about to have my archers light their quivers on fire because you feel like it. We'll disarm and let you and yours enter the camp, seeing as I'm guessing you know our friend there." The man nodded at Lyndsey. "But we're not about to do something that could leave us open for bandit invasion."

'Good guys, Lyndsey?' Alan said with a smile. 'I may look soft among the rest of our happy rag-tag band of underage adventurers but I'm still a merc and an ex-Bern soldier.' Then he turned to the man who seemed to have taken control of the sitiuation. 'Enter you camp, hah. A very generous offer but I'm not stupid. Besides, reinforcements are on the spoke.' He had already seen large silouet in the sky. 'Tell you pegasus to go meet him.' He said to Lyndsey.

"Tell the pegasus to ride up to a dragon by itself? I don't even know the damn thing's name, I stole it in the last fight," Lyndsey explained, her voice low. She shifted slightly. She felt uncomfortable talking this much, but she knew she'd feel a lot more uncomfortable if that sword finished its job. "You do realize they outnumber you, have a strategic advantage, and ballistae? You're asking to be slaughtered," she mumbled.

Dray'Gon scanned the area, looking for any sign of the two in the air. Not having any luck in the sky, Dray'Gon began to look around on the ground, hoping that they weren't taken out, but getting worried about not seeing either of them.
(OOC: Not sure if my character will see you all just yet, so there's not much more I can add. Of course, I have a bad feelign that once I get closer... >_>)
