I'm re-playing emerald. It's my sister and I never even got to the 4th badge, but I'm giving it another try.

Yaaaaaaaawn. Emerald is easy. Only reason why I don't got a gold trainer card is because battle frontier is cheap as heck. Here's proof it's cheap, they took out a lvl 100 pokemon with all the stats hacked some what like he was nothing.

I plan to get the game. I plan to get Diamond (I have always hoped for a Steel/Dragon type Pokémon, and I believe it's the four legged one of the two. I also am hoping for an Ice/Dragon, but looks like that's going to be a while longer. ). Not sure when I'll get it though. Any idea on if you can trade as well as battle on wifi?

I have Pearl and my sister has Diamond. Now I only have to play through one game, but I get all the pokemon! =D
Anyways, you can indeed trade on WiFi.
I'm more looking forward to a fire dragon (As most fire types inherently SUCK. D:)

riasing a poochyena and a ralts at the same time is sooooooooooo hard!!!!!!!!!!!! Try training a lotad from lvl 5 against pokemon that gives 3 ev in one stat only. With one attacking move. The rest are like rain dance, protect, and toxic and your attacking move is giga drain.

I stopped getting pokemon games after Leaf Green. that one gave me one thing I wanted: a remake of the actual good pokemon games. Ruby was disappointing, and the other "new" versions after that looked just as bad. Personally, I'm holding out for a remake of gold/silver (the best in the series, period).

Draco, you too might want to check this out: gscplatinum.proboards51.com/They are making a remake of Gold/Silver, but with a couple of additions. It's still FAR from complete, but it's looking good. And Kenshin, unless you are planning to use a Pokemon to battle with someone else, I wouldn't even mind the EVs and IVs of a Pokemon. In fact, you can beat every game using only one Pokemon the entire game through. And without the game being hard, that is.

...Might need a lot of training though. with Diamond/Pearl, I'm REALLY gonna have to pay attention to EVs and such. I'd also like to make sure I learn how to max out DVs I know badges tend to help, as do calcium, and other items like that, but those can only account for so much. I doubt my first group of Pokémon I get, however, will be tournament ready. I mean, you have to really pick your fights, and plan ahead pretty far. You also have to figure out what the DVS and EVs are for your Pokémon as you catch them, which can be done, but takes a lot of effort. :/

Trust me Ev training that ludicolo helped alot. The only reason I train pokemon now is for battles.

GSC had the crappiest pokemon in the entire series, period. Say that to Suicune, and Ho-oH, which was actually one of the first Pokemon to be created. Besides, I like my Raikou, Umbreon and Espeon, thank you. When I said GSC was the best in the entire serie, it was because it was more "complete" than the rest, having far more things.
