Bern... "To Bern you say? It's been a few years since I been there. I was know as the 'Crimson demon of Sacae' there." He had hoped by using the name people called him would deter the young man if he was up to no good. Ever since the girl said Yaen's name he tried to remember where he heard it before, looking the other Sacaen in the eyes his facal expersion became serious. The look in his eyes gave it all away, he may of grew up and changed his apperance but one thing remained the same. "Yaen... are you the same boy that Alan killed in this town then a woman was able to bring you back?"

Yaen's eyes widened, and he resisted the urge to look at Arturia. Damn it, she said his name! Allright, maybe he wouldn't--Aah, double damn it! Well, it looked like the gig was up, so to speak. His eyes met Kenshin's, returning his look in full. With his right hand, he gathered his hair and held it to the back of his head, mimicking the ponytail he had worn back then, before dropping the hand down to his side. "Hello, Kenshin. Five years is a long time."

Wein raised an eyebrow curiously. Wait, so these two knew each other...and Yaen had been resurrected from the dead? The archer was tempted to interrupt to get either of the Sacaens explain, but held his tongue. After all, with everything Wein had seen, he found that being resurrected from the dead was hard to completely dub impossible.
Instead, Wein remained silent, as to not interrupt the reunion.

"I dunno. Seems that way." He simply said the inquisitive cleric, he DIDN'T know, but it did seem that way. He stayed silent though, as they were in the middle of a conversation. Even if he had a question about what the heck he's talking about, it would be rude to interrupt someone in the middle of speaking. So instead he just stayed quiet and let his questions marinate in his mind, because honestly, even if he was curious, this wasn't something you ask about. Hey Yaen, I heard you died, what's up with that? You got better? Oh I see.

"Yaen was killed?" She thought. Arturia decided to not ask the swordman and kept her mouth shut. The red haired man seemed know something about Yaen, and Yaen called that man Kenshin....Wait, he said Kenshin? The cleric couldn't believe it, she saw the living legend from the Bandit Wars with her own eyes. Even in Etruria, his name was well-known by all people, the hero who fought in the final battle against Hargus and defeated Hanon.

Yaen set his left hand to the scabbard on his left hip, and set his right hand upon the swords hilt. " Come see for yourself, 'Demon of Sacae'." he replied as he unsheathed his sword. "We have unfinished business, you and I. I think it's only proper that we should settle it where it started, don't you?"

Still smiling he put his hand on the hilt of the blade on his waist. "Do you think you could beat me boy? Last time we were together you could barely stand on your feet. You were hopeless." Eyeing the street he knew this wasn't the spot to fight. "Why don't we take this outside where it's safe for everybody." He nodded towards the exit.

Yaen's steely gaze did not waver from Kenshin's insults. "Very well." he consented upon hearing Kenshins suggestion. Sheathing his sword, he turned his back to the elder Sacaen, and navigated around the trio he had come with. He didn't offer an explanation, or a suggestion as to whether or not they should stay or follow. He merely made a straight line towards the cities boundries.

Wein listened intently to the conversation between the two Sacaens. So, Yaen and the red haired man named Kenshin clearly weren't friends. In fact, if Wein was piecing things together correctly, Kenshin killed Yaen? And now Yaen was alive again, and clearly had a grudge against the older Sacaen.
Silently, Wein followed the swordsman to their dueling point. It would be interesting to see a honest to goodness Sacaen swords duel, though the Ostian had the sneaking suspicion that his friend might be in a bit over his head. Yaen had the eyes, but Kenshin? His were frightening in that "I don't know whether to like you or fear you" kind of way.

Arturia totally couldn't understand why they decided to fight, she just followed the two swordmans. If they really fought, they would need a healer to heal their injuries later. While walking behind them, she was trying to stay silent.
The cleric was staring at the red headed man, she still couldn't believe that she met a hero here in Bulgar on her way towards Bern. She wondered how Yaen and Kenshin knew each other, when and where they did meet?

(OoC:As pointed out in the cbox I used my laptop as a wireless router for my 360, for some reason it edited my IP address to match it's own which made it impossible for my laptop to connect to the internet. PC>Cell phone for posting.((I need to find a spell check app >.>))
As the pair walked towards the exit Kenshin had his left hand on his sword, his thumb rested on the edge guard by the hilt. As they just exiting the city he quickly used his thumb to push the edge guard to loosen the sword a bit as he reached for it, drawing the blade with it's tip pointed towards Yaen's back.
He moved the sword up towards his neck and tapped it with the side. "You drew your sword on me out of hostility, that would incline that I was your enemy and you should never turn your back towards one." He then lowered his sword to his side as he created distance between the two. "You gave me a chance to kill you in the streets without a fight. We both know as a Sacaen I've lost my honor a long time ago. I don't know what your quarrel with me but it ends now. My intent isn't to kill you, as it was back then."

Yaen stood perfectly still, the sharp metal object against his back giving him a great inclination to do so. He tensed as he felt the cold steel against his neck, but finally relaxed when the sword was sheathed. "Maybe I still have some foolish hope that you are a somewhat decent human being." he replied, turning to face the red head.
His right hand reached again for the sword on his left hip. "I am not here for a duel to the death, Kenshin." he replied. "I simply want closure for what happened here five years ago. You owe me that much." As he spoke, he unslung the Wyrmslayer from his back and let it drop to the flat earth. Spreading his legs, he clasped the iron sword in both hands.

It would of been best to had watched that battle. That duel. Valcrist could of learned more about swordplay in this one session then in his entire life of independent research. His master, Yaen and Kenshin... The Crimson Demon of Sacae... His heart raced, pumped with excitement, anxiety... and fear. He was afraid. Kenshin. The legendary swordsman of Sacae was fighting Yaen... A man who appeared to have killed Yaen once before...
This was... This was... Too much. Just too much. Slowly Valcrist backed away, in fear, and a little in disgust of his self. Instead of following them, he went off. He went in the other direction, not sure of what was that way. They wouldn't notice, not Val missing, he was easily the least important and memorable of the group. He was probably slowing them down.
It had finally clicked in his mind. Long long after everyone accepted it as a simple fact. This land, this world, it was at war. People killed each other now, as they had in the past. The old war stories he read, that he heard, that were always fun little fairy tales... They weren't so fun anymore. All of that had happened, Bern was ravaged, Kenshin wasn't just words on a page... And it was all going to happen again...
No one would notice he had gone, not until it was too late atleast.

Arturia didn't see Valcrist anywhere, where did the boy go? The cleric couldn't find him being around. She was sure that she saw him a minute ago. But there was more important matter here, the fight in front of her would be a great duel between two swordmans. Whoever won later, they would need healer, and Arturia would gladly offer her help. It was the only thing she could do anyway, and Yaen had helped her until now.
She was against it actually. Violence, someone would get hurt in the end. But she couldn't help it, that was what people called warrior. And those two there were warriors, they wouldn't back down whatever she said. Just as long as no one had to die, she didn't mind seeing them get some wounds later.
Arturia glanced at Wein, it seemed he was waiting for the duel getting started as well.
