"All right, let's see... Where would they have gone..." Isabel grumbled as she found herself repeating their earlier task of scouring the town for what they were looking for. She mentally berated both herself and Valorian for not having the foresight to decide upon a place to meet once they had all finished up their business... Of course, it would probably have taken an equally long period of time to find the location, seeing as Calvin and herself had never been here before. Maybe towns and cities should invest in cheaply made maps that highlighted major and important places within the city or town. That would be helpful beyond belief.
With Calvin behind her, the shaman searched every alley and road for a glimpse of Jya's green clothes or Valorian's green hair, but so far, they hadn't found anyone with green hair or green clothes (aside from a weird fat man in a skin-tight suit screaming something about fairies as he ran past the trio). Isabel sighed, and just kept walking and searching. They had to be around here somewhere... Like, right over there! Where there was Valorian's distinctive green hair! The prodigy found that she liked that color much more than the blond he had used to dye it previously. It certainly helped to identify him. And so she walked toward the green hair, cat and Calvin in tow. "Hey, Val!"

Valorian smiled at the exchange between Jya and the smith, more so as the began to walk away. "A single act of kindness can go a long way to some people. Not everyone needs a price for what they do. But you already knew that, didn't you?" Of course she did. Jya wasn't self serving. She did what she did because she had to, this was all she knew. One day he wanted to show her more then that...a world beyond just theft and death, but that day might be a long ways off.
And there were the kids. "Ah, hello Isabel, Calvin." He then looked at the cat following her curiously. "You know, when you said you were going to go shopping, I didn't think you'd get a cat. You do know Ilia is not the best place for a pet, right?" He asked her, eying the cat with a grin. The cat, however, hissed at him, and retreated behind Isabel.
So the cat didn't like him? Hmmm, that made sense in some odd way.

Jya thought about what Val said. She wasn't sure if she was fully capable of comprehending such issues. She pushed the issue to the back of her mind. She let out a deep sigh.
"Umm, my sword will be ready in a few, so can you guys wait up?" she asked over at Isabel and Calvin. It was alright if they left without her, she wouldn't mind. For some reason she felt a bit of relief with the others joining in. Being with Val made things questionable for her.

Calvin and Isabel found themselves in a familiar scenario, having to search the entire town to find what they need. However at least with all the searching, Calvin and Isabel made an adorable new kitty friend! Calvin hummed to himself as he followed behind Isabel looking for signs of Jya or Valorian. Eventually Isabel spotted Valorian and Calvin followed her over where he waved rapidly and energetically. He nodded when Val greeted the two.
“Hi friends! This is our new kitty! So cute~!”
Calvin stared innocently at the cat, somehow oblivious to its vicious hiss at Valorian.

"Hey, if I had known we were getting a cat, I would have told you beforehand." Isabel snapped, and then grinned. "Hey, he came with us of his own accord. If he wants to come up and freeze his tail off, that's his choice!" Little miss prodigy chuckled a little, and then the cat was behind her, freaking out over... Valorian? Most likely, as it had been the sage who greeted them first and it most certainly wasn't her or Calvin. And then Jya was telling them that she was getting a sword repaired and they would have to leave. The sapphire-haired shaman smiled and waved her hand absently. "Hey, no worries. I'mm not really in a rush to freeze."
Isabel flipped her bag over her shoulder, and, opening it, began rummaging through it. "Wanna see what I got?" she asked, not to anyone in particular. "From what I know about elder magic, it's a pretty decent spell..." And then the thick, yellow-paged Luna tome was in her hands, with it's worn, black leather cover with a silvery moon design on the front. Ancient runes from ages long past adorned the spine, as well as a smaller version of the moon from the front.

Valorian watched the group of them, a smile tugging at his lips. "A cat took to you, eh? A black cat no less." Black cats were seen as a bad omen, was this foreshadowing of their mission to Ilia? He was probably over thinking it, and then Isabel pulled out a very familiar black tome. Valorian recognized it instantly.
"Luna..." He said quietly, looking at the book with a piercing gaze. "That is a very dangerous spell. Nothing can defend against it. I've been hit by it before, it is not an experience I would like to feel again. Be careful with that, ok?"
He looked between the three of them. Was it really all right to take them all to Ilia? Nobody there had any idea what they were doing. Jya and Calvin were always completely clueless on these matters, and Isabel seemed so scatterbrained most of the time that he wasn't sure she was even aware how dangerous this was.
It felt like he was guiding a group of kids on a field trip. They were coming along because they knew they should as friends, but they had no stake in the mission itself. This thought troubled him, but he let it go.
"Well, it will likely be dark before the sword is done. Why not stay here for the remainder of the day? A bed will beat sleeping on the plains, and it might be one of the last times we are afforded it until we reach Ilia."

Calvin nodded along as Isabel spoke, confirming the events that took place. Although he was a little upset he would have to wait longer before getting to play in the snow, he knew going unprepared would be dangers, that was something Tara taught him! So if they had to wait, so be it. Calvin paid little attention to the book Isabel drew out; after all he was there for the purchase. However Valorians statement drew his attention, Calvin didn’t want anyone to get hurt but he knew they would be safe in Isabel’s hands, she was a prodigy.
“Don’t worry Val, we’ll be safe in Isabel’s hand, she’s a prodigy~!”
Calvin smiled innocently, his mind a blank. He was happy to get to travel with so many of his friends, no matter where they went, or how long it took! Still, a bed sounded nice Calvin was a little sleepy… Although he realized something, now would be a good opportunity to get some work in before Illia, it might be the last opportunity so there was no harm in having a little extra cash, even if he was loaded from his last session…
“I have some work I need to take care of, but let’s find and Inn first so I know where to find everyone after I’m done~!”

"Oh yeah, I should probably check the local herbalist or apothecary," Jya noted. She was running low on medicine after all. She needed something to stop her coughs. With that she turned around and headed for what she was doing.
"If any of you want to come with me first thats fine or I will find you later," she said, completely ignoring how creepy her statements truly were. She slowed down her pace and looked back expecting a "see you later" from all of them. She didn't know why her expectation was set as such, most of them must already have better things to do than hang out with a sick girl...right?

Valorian watched Jya move down the street and wanted to follow her. He really did, but something told him not to. Still, her wandering around out here would only cause trouble. Sending Calvin with her would only compound the issue.
They don't have an ounce of foresight between the two of them. He thought with a smile in that regard, and then turned to Isabel as Jya walked away.
"Say Isabel, would you mind going with Jya for me? Just to make sure that she stays out of trouble, you're good at that sort of thing. I'll head out with Calvin for a little bit."
Maybe he should get to know the kid. After all, he'd been that innocent and naive once. A long, long time ago.

Calvin watched as Jya turned and left the group to go buy some medicine. Calvin knew she was sick, but he was starting to wonder what exactly he illness was. Maybe sometime he could ask her about it. He gave a large exaggerated wave to Jya as she turned back to the group.
“Bye Jya! See you sooooooon!”
Calvin then shifted his attention to his green haired friend. Calvin felt a little odd having to separate from Isabel but he had done it before so it wasn’t exactly a new experience. He’d be fine by himself. However Valorian deciding to join him; that was a new experience. Calvin had always considered Valorian and Jya friends, but he had never had a proper conversation with either. He was excited to spend some time with Val either way.
“Fun, I can’t wait to get started! Bye Isabel!”
Calvin walked out from behind Isabel and moved himself behind Valorian instead. He waited there for a second before realising it was him who wanted to go in the first place. Quickly he shifted himself beside Valorian instead and prepared to leave.
((OOC: I’m going to assume now would be a nice time for a support?))

"Huh? Oh, sure." Isabel said, snapping back to reality. She had been reading throughout he pages of her new tome, completely and utterly ignoring everything everyone had been saying. Well, not completely. She had heard it, which was good. The shaman didn't really want to make herself look like a fool by asking what Valorain had just said. "I'll be like a freaking trouble-destroying ninja, only with magic. Coming cat?" And then she was off, quickly following Jya, the black cat close at her heels.
"So, Jya. Me and Mister Cat here are coming with you!" the sapphire-haired girl said with a smile, having caught up with the assassin. "Alooooooooone time for the two girls. Goin' out on the town for some medication. Heck yeah. Lead on sister." And then the book was out again, and the shaman resumed browsing it's pages. "I guess, as long as the cat is with us... I'll call him Solomon. What do you think?"

OOC: I don't think we need another topic for it, since we are already split up.
IC: Valorian followed Calvin. It was like babysitting at this point, but he didn't mind it too much. How Calvin had kept his carefree attitude so long was a mystery to him, but also kind of depressing to him. He'd been like that once...a long time ago. But his childhood had been stolen away from him by the Bandit War. If someone like Calvin didn't have to suffer that, then that was all the more reason for him to continue fighting. He followed behind the easily excitable bard, and found a topic of conversation to start understanding the boy.
"Hey Calvin, where exactly are you from anyway? And have you known Isabel for a long time? You guys seem like you are child hood friends."

((Lol, Isabel. Fair enough Val.))
Calvin proudly led the way down the streets. He truly had no idea where he was going; he was just looking for a larger area with more people. While walking however, he heard the familiar voice of Valorian speak from behind. He thought to himself for a minute about what Val had asked. He was good friends with Isabel; they had only met a week or two before meeting the others. Calvin then remembered how he met Val, Tara, Jya and Rayl, and how all their meetings were somehow tied to SOMEONE dying. He really had no honest idea on killing people. Even though it wasn’t he who killed them, he was still tied with the people that did. Even to this moment he couldn’t form a proper opinion, though the thought rarely crossed his mind.
“I’m from Sacae! I lived on a big farm with my family, and lotsa’ animals! Isabel and I have been best friends like, forever! We’ve been friends for so long, I think we met about a week or two before I met you, and Jya, and Tara, and Rayl! I’ve been having so much fun travelling with everyone!”
Even if he had only known everyone for a few weeks, they were his first friends. Spending time with them was really enjoyable and it was as if they were always friends. At least, that’s how Calvin saw it.
“Where are you from Valorian?!”
Valorian’s past was shrouded in mystery, but Calvin had failed to realize how suspicious it was. He just wanted to know more about his friends. His attention then turned back to the road as he kept searching for a nice spot to play.

Jya was perturbed by Isabel's choice of words. For some reason she felt like, those words made what they were doing out of the ordinary. She shrugged it off and simply nodded at what Isabel said.
"Solomon the cat? I never had a pet before so I guess its a good name?" she replied, shrugging off the idea. She looked at the cat for a moment. Did the little beast like her, she didn't really want to take the chances but she reached out to pet the thing. It didn't scratch her at least, or rather it looked interested by something. Oh well, who knows what a cat thinks.
She trudged along the streets keeping an eye and ear out for the location of a healer or anything about a medicine. It wasn't long until she found a place that at least looks like it sold herbs, at least thats what the sign indicated.

"You never had a pet?" Isabel's head shot up from behind her big book, her voice displaying her surprise. "Well... I guess that makes sense... Hmm. Well, if Solomon decides to join us, you won't be able to say that again, now will you?" And then her blue-topped head went down, and the shaman was once more oblivious to most things.
Solomon, as he was know to be called, quite enjoyed the name the blue-garbed one had given him. It was... Fitting, in a way. Certainly mystical sounding, plus it sounding like 'solemn'. The green-haired one had an irritating scent about him, while the blond one had just been... Too nice. The blue one and this green-clothed one seemed easier to deal with... But things can change, the cat knew. Perhaps the green female kicked cats. Perhaps the blue one used cat hair to wash. However, this seemed unlikely, and so Solomon was more than happy to follow them.
When they stopped, Isabel looked up to see a familiar sign. "Wait... Oh. Umm. Jya, can't we go find a different place to buy your medicines ?" the shaman asked as she hurriedly rounded the corner, staying out of sight of the shop. "The shopowner doesn't really like me..." A quick glance down at Solomon. "... Or Solomon."
